IS IT BETTER TO BOOK DIRECTLY RATHER THAN THROUGH AN AGENCY (Airbnb,Booking com, Expedia,…)  ?  
 ◉ YES  
- 1. SAVE MONEY: Direct bookings often result in cost savings by eliminating fees and commissions typically charged by booking agencies or websites.
- 2. GET ALL THE INFORMATION:  As property owners, we possess extensive knowledge about our villas and the local area. Direct communication allows us to provide tailored recommendations, insider tips, and local insights.
- 3. EXCLUSIVE DEALS AND SPECIALS : Direct bookings may include flexible payment terms (50% deposit instead of full payment), enhanced accommodation for special requests such as early check-in or late check-out, and additional perks.
 
IS THE VILLA SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS ?  
 ◉ NO, the villa is not shared. The entire property, including all facilities, is exclusively reserved for you and your guests.

IS THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE THE EXACT VILLA WE WOULD BE STAYING IN ?  
 ◉ YES, All of our villas have their own pictures that represent that exact property.

IS THE VILLA GUEST-FRIENDLY ?  
 ◉ YES, each villa is guest-friendly. However, occupancy is limited to the number of people specified in the rental agreement. For instance, a 6-bedroom villa accommodates a maximum of 12 people, including adults, children, and local guests (e.g., 6 adults and 6 local guests, or 10 adults, 1 local guest, and 1 child).

IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VILLA ?  
 ◉ YES, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas of the villa. However, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM / BLUETOOTH SPEAKER   ?  
 ◉ YES, each villa is equipped with an outdoor LED Bluetooth speaker. Some villas also feature LED Bluetooth systems in all rooms.

IS DRINKING WATER PROVIDED  ?  
 ◉ YES, each villa is equipped with a filtered water device that includes minerals. Additionally, each room is supplied with a bottle of mineral water.

IS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ?  
 ◉ NO, electricity is not included. Upon your arrival, an initial meter reading will be recorded in your rental agreement. A final reading will be taken at the end of your stay, and the difference will be charged upon departure. The primary factor influencing the electricity cost is the usage of air conditioning. To mitigate expenses, all air conditioning units are equipped with Daikin Inverter technology, which is designed to optimize energy consumption.

IS THERE SECURITY CCTV ?  
 ◉ Smile, you are on camera in the exterior enclosure of the villa. The legislation asks us to provide proof in the event of a problem ( accident, damage, event) The staff have No access and NO camera inside the villa. This system prioritizes guest security while respecting personal privacy within the villa

IS A PRIVATE CHEF PROVIDED ?  
 ◉ Most of our villas have the option of adding the services a private chef and some include a chef in the rental cost. The cost to hire a private chef varies by destination/villas. For your convenience, we also offer menu options from nearby restaurants that provide delivery service directly to the villa.

IS HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED ?  
 ◉ YES, Linen and Towels are provided at the Villa. We have adopted a “Save the Planet” eco-policy, so the towels are changed every three (3) nights. Full cleaning including linen are changed every six (6) nights. If more frequent changes are required, there may be extra charges.
